Overview

Founded in 2007, Bridgeton Properties is a property management company with residential and commercial listings across Boston North Shore communities. Our residential properties include apartment buildings, multifamily homes as well as townhouses. We offer office, retail and/or warehouse space for our commercial properties.

In additional to rental properties, we offer an array of property management services including, but not limited to, capital improvements, acquisition, maintenance and more.

Landers Symes
President

As President, Landers Symes directs project conception and management, leads development of strategic growth plans and oversees all major aspects of the business. Landers graduated from Norwich University Military College of Vermont with of Bachelor of Science in Management in 1987. After graduation Landers was commissioned as a 2LT Medical Service Corp in the United States Army and served in Operation Desert Storm.

Mark joined the Symes Associates / Bridgeton Properties team in 2004 and currently oversees the operations of Bridgeton Properties LLC. Mark is a graduate of Merrimack College and licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Real Estate and Construction. In addition, Mark handles all staffing, commercial lease negotiations, lease execution, tenant relations, lease renewals, and legal matters.

Kristine is the Leasing Administrator for Bridgeton Properties LLC and has been part of the management team since 2010. Kristine handles all aspects of leasing for over 200 residential units including lease application review and approval, budgeting, collections, and renewals.

Gail joined Symes Associates / Bridgeton Properties in 2008. She holds a degree in Business from Salem State University. Gail provides general accounting duties and financial reporting for over 30 properties. She maintains general ledgers for commercial and residential properties, processes accounts receivable, ensures accuracy of tenant charges and oversees accounts payable.

Brent has been with the Symes / Bridgeton team since 2003 and specialized in capital improvement projects, build-outs, vendor contracts, and safety training. Brent is a graduate of Merrimack College, is a Firefighter in Stoneham, MA, and serves as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army.

Chris started with Bridgeton Properties in 2013. He currently assists the property management team in the day to day operations. Chris graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelor's degree in finance and a minor in real estate. Chris's handles tenant showings, construction build outs, unit turnovers, contracts, schedules subcontractors and manages job timelines, job budgets, and invoice approvals.
